Edition 2025 — Walking Among the Beeches

On Sunday, October 12, 2025, the "M. Ciotti" CAI of Arsita celebrated the 20th edition of "Walking Among the Beeches." Meeting at Scaricasale, the hike led participants to the springs of the Fino River and the Inferno Spaccato Gorges, amidst the Gran Sasso beech forests, accompanied by a performance by the Davì quartet, tastings of local products, and a convivial lunch featuring Abruzzese specialties.

The 20th edition (October 12, 2025)

The 2025 edition of Walking Among the Beeches marked an important milestone: the twentieth edition of the event organized by the "M. Ciotti" CAI of Arsita, in the province of Teramo. The event took place on Sunday, October 12, 2025, with the meeting point in the locality of Scaricasale.

Participants followed the guided itinerary toward the springs of the Fino River and the striking Inferno Spaccato Gorges, immersed in the beech forests of the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga National Park. The day combined the nature hike with a musical performance by the Davì quartet, tastings of typical local products, and a convivial lunch based on Abruzzese gastronomic specialties. Children under 13 were able to participate for free, with a route and activities dedicated to them.
