A world capital for youth
The awarding of the championships to Jesolo came after Bulgaria's withdrawal, a decision made by the WAKO executive committee. For ten days, the Venetian coast transforms into the world capital of youth kickboxing, welcoming athletes, coaches, and delegations from all over the world.

The event, awarded to Italy after Bulgaria's withdrawal by decision of the WAKO executive committee in December 2025, brings together thousands of young athletes from over 60 nations across the five continents.
The competition is reserved for the Children, Cadets, and Junior categories and is divided into tatami disciplines (Point Fighting, Light Contact, Kick Light, Musical Forms) and ring disciplines (Full Contact, Low Kick, K1-Style), transforming Jesolo into the world capital of youth kickboxing.
