Edition 2025 — Waiting for the Patron Saint

In 2025, Aspettando lu Santo Patrono once again animated the Piazzetta di Via Farnese in Camerino in the days preceding the feast of San Venanzio. Taverns, live music, stornelli, popular games, and DJ sets warmed up the historic center in anticipation of the Corsa alla Spada e Palio, confirming the event's role as a convivial preview of Camerino's patronal celebrations.

The 2025 edition of Aspettando lu Santo Patrono took place in the Piazzetta di Via Farnese, in the historic center of Camerino (MC), in the days before the patronal feast of San Venanzio. As tradition dictates, the taverns of the Terziere di Sossanta offered dishes of Marche cuisine in a festive atmosphere, accompanied by live music, stornellatori, popular games, and evening DJ sets. The event confirmed its role as a festive prelude to the Corsa alla Spada e Palio, bringing together citizens, students of the University of Camerino, and visitors from the Macerata hinterland.
