Waiting for the Fair

The 18th edition of Waiting for the Fair was held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, in Lastra a Signa, in the province of Florence. The non-competitive race, organized by the ASD Nuova Atletica Lastra under the aegis of the UISP Committee of Florence, started from the River Park thanks to the support of the Locanda del Parco.

The route, initially flat along the Arno, then tackled the challenging climb towards the 16th-century Villa Caruso di Bellosguardo, crossing the entire park of the historic residence, embellished with animal sculptures created by Romolo del Tadda. The event also benefited from the photography service provided by the non-profit organization Regalami un Sorriso.
