Edition 2025 — Waiting for San Michele
The 2025 edition of Waiting for San Michele took place in Telve from September 18 to 28, with a rich program of events that accompanied the village up to the San Michele Feast on Sunday, September 28. Featuring informative evenings, wine tastings, art exhibitions, folk band concerts, workshops, and children's games, the festival enlivened the historic center of the Valsugana town for eleven days.
The 2025 edition of Waiting for San Michele was held in Telve from September 18 to 28, culminating in the San Michele Feast on Sunday, September 28. The program offered numerous events in the village's historic center:
- Thursday, September 18: informative evening "Not just porcini and chanterelles" on local mushrooms, at the Telve Library;
- Saturday, September 20: "Escape Forest" at Castell'Alto, a riddle game in an abandoned castle;
- Monday, September 22: local wine tasting with sommelier Silvio Galvan at Parco Steinmayr;
- Wednesday, September 24 and Thursday, September 25: openings of the exhibitions "Quam visibilia, beyond the gaze" and the graphic works "Myths and the Zodiac" by Giovanni Guglielmo;
- Thursday, September 25: concert by the Telve Folk Band at Piazzale Depero;
- Friday, September 26: "Games of the past" for children at the Don Bosco Oratory;
- Sunday, September 28: aperitif in the square hosted by the San Michele Committee, opening the feast.
The festival confirmed the strong bond of the Telve community with its traditions, knowledge, and flavors, in view of the great end-of-September celebration.
