Waiting for Lucrezia Borgia

The 2025 edition of Waiting for Lucrezia Borgia was held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at the Visitor Center of the "Fiume Fiumetto" Nature Reserve in Castiglione della Valle, a hamlet of Colledara (Teramo). The day began at 6:30 PM with greetings from Mayor Manuele Tiberii and Rita Magazzeni, followed by a conference dedicated to Ulderico Martelli, physician and Abruzzese humanist and the presentation of the book Lucrezia Borgia and the Valle Siliciana, accompanied by medieval musical interludes by the "Lorem Ipsum" ensemble.

From 8:30 PM, the Renaissance banquet with a dinner show (sold out) took place, animated by the Compagnia dei Folli, the storyteller "Roppoppò," and a falconry show by "Guferia" with falconers Maurizio Blasioli and Luisa Cremonese. To complete the day, a medieval market with artisans was held. The event was promoted by the Pro Loco of Colledara and the Emidio and Ermando Magazzeni Study Center, with the collaboration of the GAL Gran Sasso Laga and the Alpini group of Isola del Gran Sasso.
