Edition 2025 — W la Banda!
The 2025 edition
The "W la Banda!" Music Festival debuted in Arona in the summer of 2025, promoted by the San Giorgio Music Band Association with the patronage of the Municipality of Arona and the support of the regional and provincial presidency of ANBIMA. The first concert took place on Sunday, June 15, 2025, at 5:30 PM, in Piazza San Graziano, with the program "Lasciatemi suonare – a journey through Italian music", a lively and accessible repertoire.
The festival continued on Sunday, July 6, 2025, also in Piazza San Graziano at 5:30 PM, confirming the format of free, open-air band concerts. The San Giorgio Music Band, directed by Maestro Christoph Monferini, thus inaugurated a musical tradition destined to be repeated in the following years on Lake Maggiore.
