Edition 2025 — Volksbühne Prettau
2025 Edition: A Schöibo Geld (Funny Money)
The 2025 season of the Volksbühne Prettau featured A Schöibo Geld (Funny Money), a South Tyrolean dialect adaptation of the famous comedy by the English playwright Ray Cooney, directed by Ivo Enzi. The show, a farce full of misunderstandings and plot twists, was performed at the Vereinshaus in Predoi/Prettau, in the Ahrntal valley.
Performances were held on November 28 and 29, December 4, 5, 12, and 13 (8:00 PM), and November 30, December 7, 8, and 14 (3:00 PM), with a double performance on December 7. Reservations were available by phone starting November 15. As per tradition, the pre-Christmas event attracted spectators from all over the Upper Ahrntal valley.
