The 2025 summer in Piana di Monte Verna

The 2025 season had its most popular moment with Trebbiando 2025, the third edition of the event dedicated to the rural culture of the Volturno Valley, held from July 10 to 14 between the municipal village and the former sports field area. Each day began at 6:00 PM with the traditional wheat threshing, the true symbol of the event, and continued from 8:00 PM with the opening of food stands and typical local dishes.

The evenings alternated between entertainment and live music: the Corrida Pianese on July 10, the Carioca Trio on the 11th, the evening with DJ and vocals on the 12th, the tractor parade and folk songs on the 13th, and the Vasco Rossi tribute band and comedy show to close on July 14.

At the end of the month, it was time for the Don Giulio Farina Camp, promoted by the Pro Loco Pianese with the parish: from July 27 to August 3, local children aged 7 to 16 spent a week of sharing on the Matese mountains. The end of the summer arrived on September 6 with the fifteenth edition of Moda sotto le stelle in the municipal gardens, titled «Partenope, Musa di mito, Moda e Melodia», coordinated by councilor Ramona Anna Giglio.

A free summer that confirmed the formula of this town in the Alto Casertano area.
