Viverbe - Piedmontese Nursery and Medicinal Herb Exhibition

The 44th edition of Viverbe was held in Pancalieri (Turin) from Friday, September 19 to Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The event opened on Friday with a sports and gastronomic preview, while on Saturday the 20th, the official inauguration launched the Herb Village in Piazza San Nicolao and the market of local and artisanal products.

Among the most anticipated events were the mint distillation demonstrations on Sunday, September 21, the opening of the Mint Museum, historical and photographic exhibitions, the vintage Vespa and car rally, and the performance of the flag-wavers and musicians of the Borgo San Martino of Saluzzo. On Monday the 22nd, the village sky was illuminated by the fireworks display, while on Tuesday the 23rd, the exhibition concluded with the StraViverbe foot race through the essences. Throughout the event, local Pro Loco kitchens offered traditional Piedmontese dishes.

Program of the 2025 edition:

• Friday, September 19 (preview): night football tournament, traditional dishes by the Pro Loco, and DJ set
• Saturday, September 20: official inauguration, opening of the Herb Village and the market from 9 AM
• Sunday, September 21: vintage Vespa and car rally, mint distillation demonstrations (11 AM), performance by the flag-wavers and musicians of Borgo San Martino of Saluzzo (5:30 PM)
• Monday, September 22: fireworks display (10 PM)
• Tuesday, September 23: StraViverbe foot race through the essences
