The first Italian festival dedicated to a cappella music
VivaVoce International A Cappella Festival is the first festival in Italy entirely dedicated to a cappella music, meaning music performed with the voice alone, without instrumental accompaniment. For over twenty years, the event has brought some of the world's best vocal ensembles to Treviso, transforming the capital of the Marca into an international reference point for this genre.
The festival celebrates the extraordinary versatility of the human voice, offering a program that ranges across pop, jazz, rock, comedy, and world music. The guest ensembles demonstrate how any musical genre can be reinterpreted a cappella, often with surprising results. The main venue for the concerts is the Sant'Artemio Auditorium in Treviso.
The event enjoys recognition from the Ministry of Culture as an event of national importance and the patronage of the Veneto Region, the Province, and the Municipality of Treviso. Over the years, VivaVoce has hosted dozens of vocal groups from numerous nations and hundreds of concerts, building a loyal and passionate audience that awaits the festival's return each autumn.
The twenty-second edition of the VivaVoce International A Cappella Festival returns to make Treviso the Italian capital of a cappella music for the entire month of November 2026. The venue for the concerts is the Sant'Artemio Auditorium, which hosts the international vocal ensembles featured in the festival.
As in previous editions, the program will feature vocal groups from different countries, with a repertoire spanning pop, jazz, rock, comedy, and world music. The precise dates and the complete lineup for the 2026 edition will be announced on the official website.
The detailed program for the XXII edition, including concert dates and guest ensembles, will be announced on the official website vivavoce.tv closer to the event.
Based on the established structure of the festival, it will feature a series of concerts spread throughout the month, with international vocal groups and a repertoire ranging across pop, jazz, rock, comedy, and world music, demonstrating the versatility of a cappella music.
The names of the ensembles for the 2026 edition will be announced by the festival.
The Sant'Artemio Auditorium is located at Via Cal di Breda in Treviso, reachable by car from the A27 motorway and by public transport. Treviso Centrale station is connected to the city center.
