Edition 2025 — VivaCultura

The seventeenth edition of VivaCultura, titled "The Gold of Naples," featured ten evenings built around Neapolitan culture in the historic center of Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino. The festival opened on Saturday, July 19, 2025, with a tribute to Renato Carosone and continued through July, August, and September, always with free admission, until the weekend of September 20-21, which hosted the 29th edition of I Cortili della Storia, organized by the Pro Loco.

VivaCultura 2025: "The Gold of Naples"

The seventeenth edition of the summer festival of Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino, in the province of Salerno, chose "The Gold of Naples" as its common thread: ten evenings dedicated to Neapolitan culture, featuring music, theatre, and literature, hosted as usual in the historic center of the Campanian town.

The opening took place on Saturday, July 19, 2025, with a tribute to Renato Carosone, one of the most representative names of 20th-century Neapolitan song. The program then unfolded throughout the summer, promoted by the Municipality together with the Pro Loco, and always with free admission for the public.

The September calendar coincided with the 29th edition of I Cortili della Storia, the medieval re-enactment organized by the Pro Loco on September 20-21, 2025, among the courtyards and alleys of the ancient village, with falconers, flag-wavers, archers, and tastings of local traditional dishes. In the same year, the Pro Loco of Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino celebrated fifty years of activity.
