2024/2025 Season
The 2024/2025 season at the Vittorio Emanuele Theatre in Messina took place from 8 October 2024 to 31 May 2025, with 28 titles on the bill, including drama, music, opera, dance, and jazz. The programme alternated between classic and contemporary authors, offering the public of the Province of Messina a wide variety of performances.
Among the most popular events were the ballet The Nutcracker (5 December 2024), Jean Racine's Phaedra (14-16 March 2025), and the opera Cavalleria Rusticana (27-29 April 2025), in addition to the traditional New Year's Concert and the jazz series. The season confirmed the theatre as the main hub for live performance in Messina, Sicily.
