Edition 2025 — VInimmagine

The 2025 edition of VInimmagine took place on Thursday, August 21, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM, at the Unione Agricola winery in Melissano, on Via Palermo. An evening dedicated to Melissa wines, aperitifs based on Moscato and Amaro, local food stalls, and live music, described by the organizers as a meeting of people, stories, and passions rooted in Salento tradition.

VInimmagine 2025

On August 21, 2025, the Unione Agricola winery in Melissano hosted a new edition of VInimmagine, starting at 8:00 PM. The stars were the Melissa wines, accompanied by a Moscato spritz from Corte delle Cicale and Sprizzy amaro.

The soundtrack for the evening was provided by the band Mistura Louca, with an overwhelming mix of sounds, rhythms, and colors. There were four local food stalls: Salento Street Food (pittule and new potatoes), Gnammeaddhru (meats and meatballs), Gelateria Apeliòta (artisanal gelato), and Dolceria Salentina (stuffed rustic pastries). A community festival that combined gastronomy, music, and folk traditions in the heart of the Salento region.
