Edition 2025 — ViniMilo
ViniMilo 2025, the 45th edition
The 45th edition of ViniMilo – Etna Wine Festival was held in Milo (CT) from August 29 to September 14, 2025, confirming the event as Sicily's longest-running food and wine festival. The official opening took place on August 29 with a press conference hosted by the historic Barone di Villagrande winery.
The program alternated between high-level oenological training and popular festivities: masterclasses and guided tastings dedicated to the Etna Bianco Superiore DOC, 'Volcanic Wine' evenings with over one hundred labels available for open tasting, round-table discussions with international experts, and Slow Food sensory workshops featuring Sicilian 'presìdi'. The street parties were concentrated on the first two weekends of September (6-7 and 13-14), featuring street food, organic and zero-mile markets, crafts, and live music. Among the initiatives of the edition was a national preview charity project linked to UNICEF. Organized by the Municipality and the Pro Loco of Milo, the festival attracted tens of thousands of visitors to the eastern slopes of Mount Etna.
