Edition 2025 — Villaggio Letterario
The 11th edition of the Villaggio Letterario – Libro Fest took place in Ustica (province of Palermo) from June 25 to July 1, 2025, under the title "Between land, sea, and sky. Do not touch is forbidden." Coordinated by Anna Russolillo with curators Franco Foresta Martin, Valerio Agnesi, and Anna Abbate, the week was dedicated to the geologist Gaetano Giorgio Gemmellaro, the father of Sicilian geology.
The program spanned the island's iconic sites: the inauguration at the Marine Protected Area, the tribute to Gemmellaro at the Archaeological Museum, the inclusive "Do not touch is forbidden" activities with Lego Braille, an astronomy evening for the International Asteroid Day, and the concluding visit to the Earth Sciences Museum-Laboratory. All events were free of charge.
