Villa Chigi Art Fest

From July 5 to 12, 2025, the Villa Chigi park in Rome's Trieste district hosted a week of free events dedicated to children. Villa Chigi Art Fest, promoted by MAG - Movimento Artistico Giovanile together with Municipio II, alternated theatrical performances, educational workshops, treasure hunts led by live actors, street performers, and magic shows.

The festival opened with a "Pirates of the Caribbean" themed treasure hunt and closed with the theatrical performance "Puss in Boots". In between, the "Fantasy Mag and the Explorers of Knowledge" traveling workshops guided the little ones through science, archaeology, geography, and Roman history. Admission was free, with mandatory registration for workshops.

• Saturday, July 5, 6:30 PM — "Pirates of the Caribbean" treasure hunt, with live actors, riddles, clues, and final prizes.
• Sunday, July 6, 6:00 PM — "Fantasy Mag and the Explorers of Knowledge": traveling science workshop.
• Monday, July 7, 6:00 PM — "Fantasy Mag and the Explorers of Knowledge": archaeology workshop.
• Tuesday, July 8, 6:30 PM — Street performers (stilt walkers, giant bubbles, illusionism) and a magic show with an expert magician.
• Wednesday, July 9, 6:00 PM — "Fantasy Mag and the Explorers of Knowledge": geography workshop.
• Thursday, July 10, 6:30 PM — Encore of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" treasure hunt.
• Friday, July 11, 6:00 PM — "Fantasy Mag and the Explorers of Knowledge": Roman history workshop.
• Saturday, July 12, 7:00 PM — Theatrical performance "Puss in Boots".
