Villa Celiera in Sagra 2025 — 33rd edition

The 2025 edition of Villa Celiera in Sagra, the 33rd in its history, brought the historic center of Villa Celiera (PE) to life from August 17 to 21, 2025, with the Arrosticino Day preview scheduled for Saturday, August 16. For five days, the mountain village of the Gran Sasso celebrated the arrosticino, cooked on traditional canaletto grills and served hot with bread, oil, and red wine, along with many other traditional Abruzzese dishes and local desserts.

The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Villa Celiera with the patronage of the Municipality, offered a rich calendar of evenings featuring live music, dancing, and conviviality, confirming the town's role as one of the Abruzzese capitals of the arrosticino and a reference point for the gastronomic summer in the province of Pescara.
