Villa Castelli Carnival

The 2025 Villa Castelli Carnival took place between late February and Shrove Tuesday, March 4, the day of the final parade through the streets of the historic center. The event featured numerous allegorical floats and costumed groups created by local families and associations.

Among the allegorical floats, first place went to the "Ancient Egypt" theme by the Nicola Alò and Vito Carlucci families, followed by "The Gladiator" by the Prociv Arci Civil Protection and "Neptune and the Sea" by the Municipality of Villa Castelli. Among the costumed groups, the "Egyptians" won, ahead of "The Orchestra and Musical Notes" by the Pro Loco and the "Superheroes" by the Robur Soccer School.

The prizes, ceramic plates and plaques decorated by the "ESTIA" association, were awarded at the end of the parade, which was animated by local DJs. The event was organized by the Municipal Administration with the Pro Loco and local associations.
