Edition 2025 — Cod Festival

In 2025, the 38th Vicentine Cod Festival animated Sandrigo (Vicenza) with tastings of 'baccalà alla vicentina' prepared with Lofoten stockfish, the Arte e Sapori market, concerts, and cultural events related to the Querinissima Route, confirming its role as a major food and wine festival in the Vicenza region.

The 2025 edition, the 38th Vicentine Cod Festival, took place over several days in Sandrigo, between Area Parco 3000 and Piazza SS. Filippo e Giacomo. Organized by Pro Sandrigo and the Venerable Confraternity of Cod, it featured tastings of the signature dish prepared with Lofoten stockfish, the Arte e Sapori market with dozens of exhibitors, concerts, and cultural initiatives dedicated to Pietro Querini's journey.

Programme

The 2025 festival was spread over two September weekends, with the opening of food stalls (serving 'baccalà alla vicentina' with Lofoten stockfish and many other specialties), the Arte e Sapori market on weekends, tribute concerts on the main stage, exhibitions, and cultural events related to the Querinissima Route, as well as the usual gastronomic preview events.
