Vicari Carnival

The 2025 Vicari Carnival took place from February 22 to March 4, 2025, with a program full of free events organized by the Municipality of Vicari.

The festival began on February 22 with the Carnival ball at the Pippo Pecoraro Community Center. On February 28, the first parade of allegorical floats was held in Piazza Paolo Borsellino, followed on March 1 by participation in the Roccapalumba Carnival and, on March 2, by a masquerade party in Piazza Gen. Giardina. The grand finale, on March 4, featured the second parade of allegorical floats in Piazza Paolo Borsellino. Amidst music, dancing, and masks, the event involved the entire community of the Monti Sicani village, in the province of Palermo.
