Edition 2025 — Vian Award
For the 2025 edition of the Vian Award in Roccabascerana, neither a detailed program nor a chronicle of events is available online. Local and institutional sources primarily document the 2021 and 2024 editions and, subsequently, the July 2026 date.
However, it is worth remembering what the event represents for this town in the Valle Caudina, in the province of Avellino: an award created to honor Antonio Viscione, known as Antonio Vian, a composer with family ties to the village and the author of the music for Luna Rossa, as well as tracks like 'O ritratto 'e Nanninella, L'ultimo raggio 'e luna, and Settembre cù me.
In 2024, the award expanded its scope with the Food Experience section, awarded to chef Gennaro Esposito, and a calendar of farm open days, wine masterclasses, and cultural meetings, all within the Illumina la notte project by POC Campania. Those seeking information about the 2025 edition can contact the Pro Loco di Roccabascerana APS or the Municipality directly, as they jointly manage the festival.
