Vertikal Giove

The Giove Vertical 2025 was held on Sunday, June 15, 2025, in Cannobio, on Lake Maggiore. The vertical race of 4.4 km with 1,050 meters of positive elevation gain led athletes to the cross of Monte Giove, at 1,298 meters. Organized by the Mozzafiato Team in collaboration with the local association, the edition served as the preview race for the Mozzafiato Trail, the main mountain running competition in the Valle Cannobina, held on June 22, 2025. The 9:00 AM start and registration open until the morning of the race allowed many enthusiasts to test themselves on this demanding climb.
