Vercelli Half Marathon

The inaugural edition of the Vercelli Half Marathon, held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, was a great success in terms of participation: 425 runners in total, including 328 in the competitive half marathon, 22 in the non-competitive run, and 75 in the short race. The course started from Corso Libertà, crossed the Cappuccini district, Prarolo, and the bypass, with a turnaround point in Pezzana and the finish in Piazza Cavour.

Despite the pouring rain, the event went smoothly thanks to volunteers and law enforcement. Among the men, Mathieu Brunod won (1h13'23"), while among the women, the local runner Greta Negro prevailed (1h23'43").
