Edition 2025 — Vercellae Hospitales

The second edition of Vercellae Hospitales took place from April 11 to 13, 2025, with an even richer program than the debut. Over 600 costumed performers and 90 street artists from all over Italy transformed the center of Vercelli into an authentic medieval village, with the Basilica of Sant'Andrea as the beating heart of the event, featuring encampments, workshops, and historical markets.

The second edition of Vercellae Hospitales, in Vercelli, was held from April 11 to 13, 2025. On Friday, April 11, activities began with the presentation of the book "La sposa normanna", the medieval dinner at the Seminary (sold out), street food in the Antico Ospedale area, and the Bardomagno concert at 9:00 PM.

On Saturday, April 12, the grand historical parade started from three points — Piazza Tizzoni, Piazza D'Angennes, and Parco Kennedy — preceded by spectacular flag-waver performances, before converging in Piazza Cavour and reaching the Basilica of Sant'Andrea.

On Sunday, April 13, after the evocative medieval mass with Gregorian chants in the Basilica of Sant'Andrea, the public witnessed a spectacular battle re-enactment, with siege engines and theatrical performances, and the final parade concluded by a fire show in the historic center.
