Verbania Carnival

The 2025 Verbania Carnival, organized by the Paciàn da Intra, kicked off on Thursday, February 27, at 8:30 PM at the Centro Eventi Il Maggiore in Verbania with the installation of the 30th Console Pacian, portrayed by Claudio Loraschi, accompanied by the dance troupe and the Carnival's royal highnesses, followed by the comedy "Boeing Boeing".

The grand parade of floats and masked groups took place on Sunday, March 2, starting at 2:15 PM from Piazza Martiri di Tarrego, accompanied by the Verbania Musical Association and the Ghiffa Band. The first prize went to the group from the Bachelet School in Trobaso with "Aggiungi un posto a tavola", ahead of the Intra primary school with "Ma che musica maestro" and the San Vittore Oratory with "80 volte Re Ciod", in tribute to the 80th anniversary of the historic mask.
