Edition 2025 — Castle Festival
The 2025 edition of the Valsolda Castle Festival was held on September 27 and 28 in the village of Castello. Two days of medieval re-enactment with costumed figures, market, shows, workshops for children, and gastronomy, organized by the Compagnia del Castello, in one of the panoramic hamlets overlooking Lake Lugano.
On September 27 and 28, 2025, the village of Castello hosted a new edition of the Castle Festival, with the usual medieval setup curated by the Compagnia del Castello. Among the village alleys, there were costumed figures, a market, shows, and workshops, while open cellars and courtyards welcomed visitors for the gastronomic part. The event confirms its decade-long continuity.
