Edition 2025 — Artichoke Festival
In 2025 too, the Artichoke Festival enlivened the Valle Lomellina festival grounds with traditional Lomellina dishes. A genuine village festival dedicated to the artichoke, in the heart of the Pavia rice-growing plain.
The 2025 edition of the Artichoke Festival confirmed the link between Valle Lomellina and its peasant cuisine. At the village festival grounds, the artichoke was the star of numerous typical preparations, in a familiar and convivial atmosphere that characterises Lomellina festivals. An event that celebrates the local produce and gastronomic traditions of the province of Pavia.
