Valdichiana Eating 2025 in Chiusi

In 2025, the seventh edition of Valdichiana Eating enlivened the historic centre of Chiusi, in the province of Siena, with a zero-kilometre farmers' market set up in Piazza Duomo. The stalls offered seasonal fruit and vegetables, honey, craft beer, saffron, pecorino cheese, extra virgin olive oil, cured meats, legumes, organic products, preserves, and wine.

The programme included wine and oil tastings in collaboration with FISAR and AICOO, a tasting of the traditional lake-style "brustico", guided tours of the Chiusi Museums, and the Disfida Chiusina, a gastronomic challenge between local restaurants, inns, farmhouses, and trattorias, with activities also dedicated to families.
