Valderice Carnival

The 2025 Valderice Carnival confirmed its role as the most beloved carnival event in the province of Trapani, with nine days of festivities animated by the historic mascot Paparella.

Among the events, musical performances were held on Thursday, February 27th in Piazza Sandro Pertini (Town Hall), while the most anticipated moment arrived on Sunday, March 2nd with the grand parade of six allegorical floats in papier-mâché, accompanied by colorful dance groups. During the event, there was no shortage of the Mascherina d'Argento competition, street food, tastings of traditional sweets, and DJ sets. Special attention was paid to inclusion, with a Carnival train designed to involve everyone.
