Edition 2025 — Val Pellice Republic Day Festival
In 2025, the A.N.P.I. sections of Val Pellice once again hosted the Republic Day Festival, following a tradition that brings the June 2nd celebration to the towns of the upper valley. The anniversary combined institutional moments of remembrance for the Resistance with community participation, reaffirming the values of the Constitution born from the Liberation in the Waldensian Valleys, in the province of Turin.
The 2025 Val Pellice Republic Day Festival, promoted by the A.N.P.I. sections of Val Pellice, renewed the June 2nd celebration in the Waldensian Valleys territory. The event, with its commemorative and civic character, confirmed the bond between the Val Pellice community and the memory of the Resistance, in a mountain setting within the Metropolitan City of Turin where partisan and Waldensian history remains deeply felt.
