Edition 2025 — Val Nure and Chero Festival
The 2025 edition of the Val Nure and Chero Festival 'Splinters of History' confirmed the growth of the review, with a calendar extended from June 7 to September 7 in the villages of Val Nure, in the province of Piacenza. The festival alternated major names in journalism and culture — from Paolo Mieli to Francesco Costa, from Gene Gnocchi to Elio — with concerts, excursions, and food and wine tastings.
The Municipality of Bettola was a protagonist with two events: on July 12th, in Piazza Colombo, the historian Giordano Bruno Guerri, director of the Vittoriale, gave a talk on Italian history; on August 2nd, at the Pieve di Revigozzo, musician Christoph Hartmann held a concert combined with a guided tour of the church and a tasting of local products. All events, except for the final show, had free admission.
