Vaglio Pettinengo Chestnut Festival

The 52nd edition of the Vaglio Pettinengo Chestnut Festival was held on Sunday, October 19, 2025, in the village of Vaglio, in Pettinengo (BI). As per tradition, the Pro Loco Vaglio Pettinengo offered the chestnut-based specialties that have made the event famous: roasted chestnuts from the Atelier del castagno, cooked on the spot and flavored, along with the delicacies that have obtained the De.Co. (Municipal Denomination of Origin).

The day combined tastings, the quality market of the Salotto della Bontà, and the warm atmosphere of the village festival, confirming Vaglio's role as an autumn landmark for chestnut lovers in the Biella region.
