Una Marina di Libri 2025: tribute to Camilleri
The 16th edition of Una Marina di Libri was held from June 5 to 8, 2025, at the Cantieri Culturali alla Zisa in Palermo. The theme, "Il Giro di Boa," celebrated Andrea Camilleri on the centenary of his birth, paying homage to one of the most beloved Sicilian writers in the world.
The festival brought together eighty independent publishers from across Italy and over 400 events, including presentations, readings, concerts, performances, workshops, and shows. Guests included Elio Germano and Peppe Servillo. The thematic sections dedicated to childhood, curated by Libreria Dudi, and I Segni di Venere, focusing on the female universe and coordinated by Maria Giambruno, were confirmed. Among the novelties was the "La scoperta dell'Olanda" campaign, exploring the cultural relationship between Italy and the Netherlands.
