Un Asino per Amico - Ancient May Fair

The 16th edition of "Un Asino per Amico - Ancient May Fair" was held in Monastero di Vasco, in the Province of Cuneo (Piedmont), from May 16th to 19th, 2025. The event, organized by the Municipality and the Pro Loco, confirmed its focus on rural traditions and the exhibition of donkeys, mules, hinnies, and pack mares.

Highlights included the Grand Ravioli Feast with the opening of the funfair and a fireworks display, the inaugural Sunday parade accompanied by a marching band, the fair opening with the market exhibition, lunches and dinners under the marquee, the "IH OH Dinner Party" with a DJ, the donkey awards ceremony, e-bike tours, creative workshops for children, bird of prey demonstrations, a vintage tractor and ancient crafts exhibition, live concerts, and the lottery draw.
