Edition 2025 โ Umbria Antica Festival
The 2025 edition of the Umbria Antica Festival, titled 'The Roads of History,' took place in Todi from March 20 to 23. Opening the event on March 19 was a preview with Matteo Saudino (Barbasophia) dedicated to Seneca. Among the main speakers were Laura Pepe (from Odysseus to Alexander the Great), Dario Fabbri (human geopolitics of the ancient world), Luciano Canfora (the Peloponnesian War), and Piergiorgio Odifreddi, who closed the festival with a lecture on Lucretius. At the Cinema Teatro Nido dell'Aquila, Cesare Catร staged 'Odyssey Jukebox.' The program was completed by the Book Fair and guided tours of the Roman Cisterns, the Civic Museum, and the Lapidary Museum.
