Edition 2025 — Uffizi del Carnevale

In 2025, the Uffizi del Carnevale once again enlivened the historic center of San Giovanni Valdarno for five Sundays, renewing a centuries-old tradition. The first Sunday, January 19, opened the calendar with the Uffizio of Sant'Antonio, followed by other events featuring mass, the carroccio parade, and a convivial lunch with Stufato alla sangiovannese.

The 2025 edition of the Uffizi del Carnevale confirmed the vitality of one of the oldest traditions of San Giovanni Valdarno. Once again, the event took place over five Sundays, starting on the first Sunday with the Uffizio of Sant'Antonio and dedicated, each time, to the city's historical Uffizi.

The usual program was confirmed: mass at the Basilica of Santa Maria delle Grazie, the carroccio parade with costumed pages, the Municipal Concert Band and flag-wavers, and the convivial lunch with the famous Stufato alla sangiovannese, an authentic gastronomic symbol of the local tradition.
