U Strittul ru Zafaran

The 23rd edition of U Strittul ru Zafaran was held from August 9 to 11, 2025, in the historic centre of Senise, achieving great success with over five thousand visitors and twenty-five exhibition stands on the final evening.

The program included, on August 9, the opening of the exhibition "Il Mulino del Peperone" (The Pepper Mill) and the gastronomic route towards Piazza Chiesa Madre with the photographic exhibition "Scatti Cruschi" (Crusco Shots), dances by the Zingare Lucane, and a vinyl DJ set "Strittul in the Night"; on August 10, the 17th edition of the Popular Games between the districts in Piazza Vittorio Emanuele; on August 11, the grand IGP Pepper sagra along Corso Vittorio Emanuele. Among the highlights were the 15th Gara dell'Inserta (won by Domenico Corizzo) and the 5th Crusk Night.
