U Signuruzzu du Lacu Festival (Most Holy Crucifix)

The 2025 edition of the U Signuruzzu du Lacu Festival confirmed the strong roots of devotion to the Most Holy Crucifix in the community of Pergusa, a village in the municipality of Enna. As per tradition, the festivities were organized around the first Sunday of May, with the preparatory triduum, Eucharistic celebrations, the pilgrimage of the Crucifix through the village neighborhoods, cannon blasts, and the procession to the shores of the lake. Alongside the religious rites, there was no shortage of recreational moments dear to the population, from popular games to the sausage feast, which every year bring families and emigrants together around the most heartfelt festival in Pergusa.
