Edition 2025 — U Puén Nest

The 2025 edition of U Puén Nest took place on May 4 and 5, 2025, in the historic center of Altamura, coinciding with the Feast of Saint Irene. The event, dedicated to Altamura PDO Bread, featured workshops, stands, exhibitions, tastings, and children's entertainment, along with an evening musical performance and the awarding of a school idea competition.

In 2025, the Altamura PDO Bread festival was held on May 4 and 5, intertwining with the Feast of Saint Irene. During these days, religious celebrations alternated with activities, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions in the historic center of Altamura.

Initiatives started at 10:00 AM with workshops, stands, exhibitions, children's entertainment, moments of sharing, and tastings designed to promote the city's typical product. At 7:30 PM, a musical performance accompanied the end of the day, featuring the awards ceremony—presented by the municipal administration—to the winners of an idea competition aimed at local schools.
