Tuscania Summer Festival

In the summer of 2025, Tuscania hosted the first edition of the Tuscania Summer Festival, conceived by the association The Arts Crossroad APS-ETS of Japanese musician Chieko Hata, with artistic coordination by Stefano Palamidessi. From August 17 to 31, the town in the Viterbo area hosted over twenty-five events: classical, chamber, vocal, and symphonic concerts, international masterclasses with renowned teachers, a lutherie exhibition with historic instruments and European artisans, lectures, and tastings of local products.

Among the most acclaimed moments were the «Bach & Beyond» concert with flutist Giuseppe Nova and pianist Svetlana Berezhnaya (August 21), the «Romantic Reflections» recital by pianist Federico Rovini, Vivaldi's Four Seasons with the Cento Città Orchestra in the Cloister of Sant'Agostino (August 29), and the final concert of the International Singing Course directed by tenor Carlo Putelli (August 31). The success of this first edition paved the way for the major expansion in 2026.
