Truffle Carnival

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition took place on Sunday, March 2, in the historic center of Acqualagna, in the Province of Pesaro and Urbino. The morning was dedicated to the 40th Regional Fair of the Prized Black Truffle, with a truffle hunting competition at the sports field, an international conference on truffle farming at the Conti Theater, and tastings at the Truffle Museum. From 3 PM, the Carnival afternoon animated the streets with masked parades, folk groups, music, and dancing, culminating in the truffle toss and the throwing of candies and confetti. The ten most beautiful masks received truffle-based prizes, with dinner offered to groups registered by February 25. Free admission.
