Edition 2025 — Trout Festival

In 2025, the Trout Festival once again enlivened Molino di Altissimo between late May and early June, with a food stand dedicated to the De.Co. trout of the Alta Valle del Chiampo, exhibitions, conferences, and musical evenings.

The 2025 edition of the Trout Festival confirmed the tradition of the festival in Molino di Altissimo, in the Alta Valle del Chiampo (VI). The food stand offered specialties based on De.Co. trout — crostini, fried trout, trout sauce pasta, fillets, and grilled trout — accompanied by musical evenings and cultural events.

The event, traditionally held over several weekends between late May and early June, reaffirmed the territory's connection with fish farming and the valorization of local products.
