Edition 2025 — Trout Festival
In 2025, the Rezzo Trout Festival once again celebrated the Giara stream trout at Giardini La Pagoda, with Ligurian cuisine and local wines, confirming it as the longest-running event in the Arroscia Valley.
In 2025, the Trout Festival enlivened Rezzo with its traditional celebration at Giardini La Pagoda. Local fishermen and the Pro Loco offered fresh Giara stream trout along with Ligurian dishes and local wines. The festival, established in 1968, renewed the village's connection with the valley's waters and its gastronomic identity.
