Edition 2019 — Trofeo Papà Cervi

The 49th edition of the Trofeo Papà Cervi took place on May 1st, 2019, in Praticello di Gattatico. The national race for Elite and Under 23 categories, on a flat circuit for a total of about 150 km with 160 riders at the start, was won by Filippo Tagliani from Brescia. It was the last edition before the long break that led to the race's return in 2026.

The 49th edition of the Trofeo Papà Cervi (combined with the Coppa Primo Maggio) was held on May 1st, 2019, in Praticello di Gattatico (Reggio Emilia), a national race reserved for the Elite and Under 23 categories.

Approximately 160 riders took the start, competing on a flat circuit repeated around the center of Gattatico and the surrounding countryside, for a total of about 150 kilometers. Filippo Tagliani, a rider from Brescia, won in a sprint, ahead of Tommaso Fiaschi and Attilio Viviani.

The 2019 edition was the last one held before the long interruption that began with the cancellation in 2020: the race only returned to the calendar in 2026 with its 50th edition.
