Trofeo Nikolajewka at Monte Avaro

The 2025 edition of the Trofeo Nikolajewka renewed the tradition that has linked the Bergamo Alpini to Piani dell'Avaro, above Cusio, in the province of Bergamo, since 1969. Once again, the cross-country ski race for pairs and the non-competitive snowshoe hike attracted numerous participants to the snowy plateau of the Brembana Valley, in an atmosphere of sport and remembrance. The event, organized by the A.N.A. Section of Bergamo, remains one of the most cherished winter appointments in the Valle Averara, capable of uniting the competitive spirit of the race with the solemnity of remembering the Fallen.
