Edition 2025 — Trofeo Ciolo
The 14th edition of the Trofeo Ciolo took place on Sunday, June 21, 2025, in Gagliano del Capo, with a gathering at 6:30 AM at the Ponte Ciolo for bib collection. The international Bronze level event was organized by A.S.D. Atletica Capo di Leuca, presided over by Eleonora D'Amore.
The first start took place at 8:00 AM on the 8.1-kilometer course. Following this, at 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM, the starts for the 2.53 km track for the Italian Cadet Championships took place, while the Under 18 Girls and Under 18 Boys started at 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM respectively. After departing from the bridge, athletes climbed the cliffs, crossing the Mediterranean scrub up to the historic center of Gagliano del Capo, amidst ancient stone paving and sea views.
