Edition 2025 — Trifola d'Or
The 58th edition of the "Trifola d'Or" Truffle Fair in Murisengo, held on Sunday, November 16 and 23, 2025, represented an important milestone: the first year with the recognition of International White Truffle Fair. The two days, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, featured the display and sale of truffles certified by the National Centre for Truffle Studies in Alba, typical Monferrato dishes (tajarin, agnolotti, bagna cauda, eggs with truffle), and local wines.
The 2025 "Trifola d'Or" Award was presented to Professor Giorgio Calabrese, an internationally renowned physician and nutritionist, while on November 23, the Municipality granted honorary citizenship to entrepreneurs Antonella Lavazza and Gian Maria Gros-Pietro. The program included sensory seminars on truffles (also in English), exhibitions, guided walks, activities for children, and the new 32 km MTB/e-bike loop, the "Anello della Trifola."
