The 14th edition of Trieste Next took place in September 2025 in Piazza Unità d'Italia, confirming the formula of three days of conferences, workshops, and meetings with over a hundred events that brought scientific research and its protagonists to the square.

The fourteenth edition of Trieste Next was held in September 2025 in Piazza Unità d'Italia, reprising the formula that has made the festival one of the main Italian scientific events: three days of conferences, seminars, workshops, and exhibition spaces from research centres, with over a hundred events and hundreds of speakers.

Promoted by the Municipality of Trieste and the University of Trieste along with the scientific institutions of the area, the festival reaffirmed the popular science and international vocation of a city boasting one of the highest concentrations of researchers in Europe.
