Edition 2025 — Treschietto Onion Festival

The 2025 edition of the Treschietto Onion Festival took place over six days, from May 1 to 11, in the church square of Treschietto, a hamlet of Bagnone (MS), in Lunigiana. Organized by the Committee for the Valorization of the Treschietto Onion, it offered traditional dishes based on the village's typical ruby-red onion, at the foot of the Malaspina castle ruins.

The 2025 edition of the Treschietto Onion Festival was held in Treschietto, a hamlet of Bagnone in Lunigiana (province of Massa-Carrara), over six days: May 1, 2, 3, 4, and then May 10 and 11. The openings alternated between lunches and dinners, with May 1st starting at noon and the evenings of May 2, 3, and 10 starting in the afternoon.

In the church square, the food stalls, managed by the Committee for the Valorization of the Treschietto Onion, served traditional dishes that highlight the local onion, with its small, rounded shape and characteristic ruby-red color. The festival confirmed its role as one of the most beloved spring events in Lunigiana, capable of combining taste, community, and the discovery of the village.
